Athletes will be working all 4 events, vault, bars, beam and floor, where they will learn how follow directions, work on hand and eye coordination and motor development, as well as working independent of parents. Athletes will learn the basics of gymnastics that will include but not limited to: cartwheels, bridges, pullovers on bars, spider man handstands, squat on vaults and much MORE!
