I consent to my child’s participation in Wyoming Valley Gymnastics, acknowledging and accepting the inherent risks, including potential severe injury or illness. I confirm that my child is in good health and ready to participate, will adhere to safety guidelines, and understand the significance of their safety. I agree that my child may be included in group photos. I release Wyoming Valley Gymnastics, its staff, and; affiliates from liability for any injuries or damages, and commit to maintaining appropriate health and accident insurance. I am aware of the risks of exposure to illnesses, and accept them. I agree to support Wyoming Valley Gymnastics in any necessary defense and indemnification. I understand that there are NO refunds, transfers, pro-rations or credits for any sales. This includes camp deposits, camp payments, open gyms, classes, birthday parties or any other sale online or in person. I understand that all payments for classes are charged on the 15th of the month for the next semester. I understand that I must cancel before the 15th of the month if I wish to forgo my child’s spot in class. I understand that WVG cannot cancel for me and if I am charged, because I do not cancel in time, that there will be NO refunds of any kind. I have read, fully understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms and the tuition policy. Completing a purchase signifies agreement of these terms and conditions.
